Overview

Our refund and returns policy for the Spondulix lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Spondulix must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all components intact, including the steel box, Raspberry Pi, bill and coin changer, and screen.

Payment and Refund Currency

We only accept Bitcoin payments for the Spondulix. All refunds will be processed in Bitcoin as well.

Refund Amount and Calculation

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Spondulix, we will issue a refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price. The refund will be calculated as follows:

We determine the refund amount in fiat currency (Euros) based on the condition of the returned device, up to 50% of the original price.
The approved Euro amount is then converted to its Bitcoin equivalent at the current exchange rate at the time of processing the refund.

Example:

Original price: 4650 Euros
Maximum refund in Euros: 2325 Euros (50% of 4650)
If Bitcoin price at purchase: 50,000 EUR/BTC
If Bitcoin price at refund: 100,000 EUR/BTC
Refund in Bitcoin: 0.02325 BTC (equivalent to 2325 Euros at the current rate)

Please note that due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, the Bitcoin amount you receive may have a different fiat value than at the time of your original purchase.

Non-returnable Situations

The Spondulix may not be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Spondulixes with signs of use or tampering
Devices with damaged or missing components (including the steel box, Raspberry Pi, bill and coin changer, or screen)
Spondulixes returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Return your Spondulix to the address provided below.
Once we receive your Spondulix, we will inspect it to ensure all components are present and undamaged.
After inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Spondulix and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will calculate your refund amount in Euros (up to 50% of the purchase price) and convert it to Bitcoin at the current exchange rate.
The Bitcoin refund will be sent to the wallet address you provide within a certain number of days.

Refund Status

If you haven’t received your refund after being notified of its approval, please contact us at admin@satosys.tech with your order details and the Bitcoin wallet address you provided for the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced Spondulixes may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the Spondulix was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the refund value (up to 50% of the original purchase price) in Bitcoin. Once the returned Spondulix is received and inspected, we will contact you for a Bitcoin wallet address to send the refund.

If the Spondulix wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver’s Bitcoin wallet, and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your Spondulix, you should mail it to: Telègraf 24 – 08160 Montmeló

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Spondulix. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

Given the value of the Spondulix, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
